Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ICT Solved! (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use the Munex financial decision engine app (“App”).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Data
When you register, we collect:
- Email address — used to identify your account and send transactional emails
- Full name — displayed in the app (optional)
- Phone number — optional, stored for your profile
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address and display name from Firebase Authentication to create or link your account.
1.2 Financial Data
All financial information you enter is stored on our servers, linked to your account:
- Income entries and sources
- Expense records and categories
- Recurring transaction schedules
- Budget limits per category
- Savings goals and progress
- Emergency fund targets
- Cash flow forecasts and risk scores generated from your data
- Workspace settings and allocation percentages
This data is used solely to provide the App’s features and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
1.3 Session & Security Data
We log your IP address and device user-agent string when you sign in, and store them alongside your session token. This is used exclusively for security purposes (detecting suspicious sign-ins, session management). Logs are cleared when you log out or delete your account.
1.4 Push Notification Token
If you enable push notifications, we store your device’s Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token. This token is used only to deliver in-app alerts (budget warnings, risk changes, spending limits). It is deleted when you log out or delete your account.
1.5 Error Tracking
We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to capture crash reports and error events. These reports contain:
- Stack traces and error details
- App version and build
- Device model and OS version
No financial data or personally identifiable information is intentionally included in error reports.
1.6 Subscription & Billing
If you subscribe to Munex Pro:
- On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (Google LLC). We receive a purchase token to verify your subscription status.
- On other platforms, purchases may be processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). Stripe stores your payment details; we store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We never store raw payment card information.
1.7 Transactional Email
We send transactional emails only:
- Email verification codes at registration
- Password reset links
- Monthly financial summary reports (if you have an account)
- Email change confirmation codes
We do not send marketing emails.
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase Authentication — policies.google.com/privacy
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing — policies.google.com/privacy
- Stripe — stripe.com/privacy
- Sentry — sentry.io/privacy
4. Data Retention
- Account and financial data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete everything at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
- Session data (IP, user agent, tokens) is deleted when the session expires, when you log out, or when you delete your account.
- FCM tokens are deleted when you log out or delete your account.
- Sentry error data is retained per Sentry’s data retention policy.
- Stripe billing data is retained per Stripe’s privacy policy. Deleting your Munex account does not automatically delete your Stripe customer record; contact us if you need complete removal.
- Google Play Billing data is managed by Google per their policies.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text. Access tokens are short-lived and refresh tokens are rotated on use.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Delete your account and all financial data — see our Account & Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions
- Update your profile (name, phone) via Settings in the app
- Change or reset your password via Settings or the Forgot Password flow
- Revoke Google Sign-In by unlinking from your Google account settings
- Contact us for any data-related request at ictsimplified@gmail.com
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
