Delete Your Account In-App

You can permanently delete your account and all financial data directly inside the app.

Steps:

  1. Open the Munex app
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted

What gets permanently deleted:

  • Your account (email, name, phone)
  • All income entries and sources
  • All expense records and categories
  • All recurring transaction schedules
  • All budget limits and savings goals
  • All emergency fund records
  • All cash flow forecasts and risk scores
  • All workspace data and settings
  • All active sessions and push notification tokens

This action is irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.


What Is Not Deleted In-App

Data Deleted In-App Notes
Account & financial data ✅ Immediately All data removed from our servers
Active sessions & FCM token ✅ Immediately Signed out on all devices
Sentry error reports (anonymous) Retained per Sentry’s policy
Stripe billing records Retained by Stripe per their policy
Google Play purchase records Managed by Google
