Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ICT Solved! (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information when you use the Consistency habit tracker app (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data You Create (Stored Locally)

All habit and completion data you create in the App (habit names, icons, reminder times, completion history) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is never sent to our servers unless you explicitly choose to sign in and enable cloud sync (see §1.3).

1.2 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage data such as:

  • Which app features are used (e.g., habit created, template selected)
  • Crash-free session counts and retention metrics
  • Device type and OS version (no personal identifiers)

This data is aggregated and anonymous. It is used solely to improve the App. Analytics is disabled in debug builds.

1.3 Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to collect crash reports that help us fix bugs. Crash reports contain:

  • Stack traces and error details
  • Device model and OS version
  • App version

No personally identifiable information is included. Crashlytics is disabled in debug builds.

1.4 Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect your advertising ID and use it to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings under Google > Ads.

1.5 Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google display name and email address via Firebase Authentication solely to identify your account. Your habit and completion data is synced to Firebase Firestore (Google LLC) under your Google account. This sync is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time by signing out in Settings. Your local data is never deleted when you sign out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

4. Data Retention

  • Local data remains on your device until you delete the App or use the “Reset all data” option in Settings.
  • Name and email (if signed in) are retained in Firebase Authentication for as long as you have an account. Signing out removes the association from the App but does not delete your Google account.
  • Firestore data (if you used cloud sync) is retained under your Google account. You can delete it by resetting data in the App before signing out, or by contacting us.
  • Analytics and crash data is retained by Google per their standard retention policies.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Delete all local data via Settings → Reset all data
  • Disable cloud sync by signing out via Settings → Sign out
  • Opt out of personalised ads via your device’s ad settings

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
